This Privacy Policy explains how Arisanter Ads Manager ("the application", "we", "us") handles information when members of our team use it. The application is an internal tool for managing the Google Ads accounts that our team owns and operates.

Information we access

Google account information

When a team member signs in with Google, we receive their name and email address. We use them only to identify the user inside the application.

Google Ads data

With the user's permission (the Google Ads API scope), the application accesses data of the Google Ads accounts our team manages: account and campaign settings, ads and assets, policy review status and performance statistics such as impressions, clicks, installs and cost.

How we use the information

• To create and update campaigns in our own Google Ads accounts.
• To check the review status of our ads and submit appeals.
• To show performance reports to our team.
• To pause campaigns or change budgets when they exceed the limits we set.

We do not use Google user data for advertising to the user, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for any purpose other than operating the features listed above.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Arisanter Ads Manager's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing

We do not share Google user data with third parties. Data is available only to members of our team who need it to manage our advertising campaigns, and to infrastructure providers that host the application on our behalf.

Storage and security

Data is stored on servers we control. Access requires authentication, connections are encrypted, and OAuth tokens are kept in protected storage that only the application can read.

Retention and deletion

We keep campaign statistics while they are needed for reporting. A user can revoke the application's access at any time on the Google Account permissions page. To have stored data deleted, contact us at the address below; we will delete it within 30 days.

Children

The application is used only by adult members of our team and is not directed to children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
